At Clean Paw Pros, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality pet waste cleanup services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a completed service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the concern at no extra cost.

At Clean Paw Pros, we are dedicated to providing prompt and professional pet waste cleanup services. If our worker arrives at your property and is unable to perform the scheduled service for any reason—including but not limited to inaccurate or incomplete information provided at booking, unsafe conditions, locked gates, or absence of the customer—we will make reasonable efforts to contact you by phone. If we cannot reach you and the worker is unable to complete the service, the full service fee will be charged. This includes situations where there is a discrepancy in the information provided, such as the presence of more than two dogs when only one was reported. No refunds or credits will be issued in these cases, as time and resources have been reserved and allocated in good faith. This policy helps us maintain fair scheduling and ensures appropriate compensation for our services.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover reserved time and travel. We do not issue refunds for completed services, but we are always happy to work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
