These terms govern the relationship between you (the customer or site visitor) and Clean Paw Pros (the service provider and website owner). These Terms apply to all users, including those who simply browse the website and those who book services through our platform.

Clean Paw Pros provides dog waste cleanup services across Ontario. By booking a service through our website, you agree to provide accurate information and understand that pricing is based on property size and service type. One-time cleanup prices are estimates and may be adjusted upon property inspection or photo submission. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, or modify pricing due to inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, or excessive waste buildup (even for reoccurring services). You acknowledge that all services must be prepaid or settled according to the payment method agreed upon, and that failure to provide timely payment may result in service suspension or cancellation.

Minimum Commitment

To provide reliable and timely service, we schedule our workers and resources based on the recurring plans clients select.

Therefore, weekly plans require a minimum commitment of 4 visits (1 month), and biweekly plans require 2 visits (1 month).

Cancelling before completing the minimum commitment disrupts scheduling and results in lost time and resources for our team.

To cover these costs and maintain fair pricing for all customers, any cancellations before the minimum commitment period will incur charges for the remaining visits.
